Yes! You will place the chiller next to your cold plunge, connect 2 hoses, fill with water, plug in to a standard 110V outlet and you're ready to change your life!
Our Chiller has the first UVC LED Sanitization system that cleans and kills 99% of bacteria without the need for heavy chemicals. Using a UVC LED system, your water gets cleaned automatically when it runs through the pump. In addition to the UVC system, each system has a 20-micron filter for double filtration.
No! All of our plunges use a standard 110V outlet.
Yes but only if the 1HP Chiller/Heater option is purchased. Our chiller is perfect for cooler climates and has a heating system so you can take the perfect plunge every time.
Our Chiller can be operate in 32F or warmer but must be drained if weather is below freezing.
Our plunges ship within 2-3 business days. Please allow 5-7 business days for West Coast orders to arrive and 7-10 business days for East Coast orders. This delivery time applies to the lower 48 U.S. states. For Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories, please allow an additional 2-3 weeks and an additional shipping fee. International orders vary - please contact sales for more information.
Your cold plunge will arrive via LTL Freight on a pallet crate. Our delivery partner will contact you via email to schedule a delivery time. The included delivery will bring your plunge to your curb or driveway.

The sauna and spa look awesome now that they're installed. I just started using the sauna, and it absolutely rocks! The craftsmanship and overall quality are fantastic. The cold plunge should be connected next week, and I'll post another review once I've had a chance to use it. Based on everything I've seen so far, I have no doubt it's going to be spectacular.
